FINDING YOUR TICKET

🎟️ HOW TO FIND YOUR BRIDGE CITY BLOCK PARTY TICKETS

Your BCBP tickets will NOT be sent as a PDF or ticket attachment via email. Your tickets are stored directly in your TIXR account and can be accessed through the TIXR website or app.

To access your tickets:

  1. Go to www.tixr.com or open the TIXR app.
  2. Select Log In.
  3. If you don’t see your tickets after logging in, you may have created a different TIXR account using Apple or Google.
  4. Try selecting “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google” instead of entering your email and password manually.
  5. Once you’re logged into the correct account, your festival tickets should appear under your Tickets or Orders.

🍎 Did you purchase using Apple?

If your order is linked to a private or unfamiliar email address, this is likely because you purchased your tickets through Apple and selected “Hide My Email.” Apple creates a private email address that forwards to your actual email address, but your TIXR order is still connected to your Apple account.
If this applies to you, be sure to select “Continue with Apple” when logging into TIXR.

Please do not purchase another ticket if you cannot find yours. Your existing order is likely already attached to a different login method.
